When we service an audio product we not only repair the immediate
and
obvious problems that you brought it in for, we also address all of the
potential problems that may not display any audible symptoms yet. For
example,
certain receivers are known to have aging problems with solder
connections
in their power supplies. The receiver might be on the brink of a major
power supply related failure but you brought it in because the volume
control
was noisy. Most less experienced service centers would clean the
controls,
solve your immediate problem, and return the receiver to you. ABL knows
from experience that your receiver will probably have major problems in
the near future if the solder problems are not addressed now. We would
notify you of the potential problems and give you the option of
addressing
them all at once. We then would back the repair with our standard
Warranty
and even offer an extended Warranty for 1 year.
